Hi!
It should be quite easy and straightforward :)
1. You have to start a new document and choose the option of "Others Only" or "Me & Others". Depends on if you are supposed to sign the doc or not.
2. Upload the document you want to be signed
3. Click on "Prepare" the document at the top right.
Once there, you will see how you can choose your signers and allocate each field according to the person who has to sign.
The only problem might arise when you use the same email address for both people... I, personally, have never tried that. It should work if the email address has an alias, which will render as a different email on the Eversign side.
