How do I get planning poker to work

The Team O'Clock Chat says I am supposed to use "pp task" The Team O'Clock website says I am supposed to use "/planpoker task" I have used pp, /planpoker, /pp nothing works, when I try the commands in chat the bot says that I am supposed to use the team channel when I try the team channel nothing happens

Hi Geoff, Thanks for reaching out! Team O'clock commands are to be used on a team channel, for example, onMS Teams the planning poker command is "@Team O'clock pp [story name]". Based on your experience there is a possibility that the integration is not properly set on MS Teams. In that case we would suggest removing and re-connecting the integration from Team O'clock admin settings page. Hope this solves your problem.
