Hi Alina - we haven't used the 360 degree piece of the performance management but we have been doing quarterly performance management reviews with feedback from both the employee and the manager. I really like the system in that capacity - it's easy to use, encompasses the goals and objectives and allows for both participants to share their thoughts, feedback and suggestions though out the review. What I really like is that, after both the employee and the manager have completed their pieces of the review, 15Five provides the review with the feedback listed side by side allowing for easy reference. It's probably the most simple yet most comprehensive performance review/management system I've used in my HR/TA career. I'd be happy to try to answer any questions you might have.
