Currently, we are having issues with just about every part of the billing/AR parts of the software.

We use all of the features of Office Tools, we have not had any issues with the A/R report, sales, or the W.I.P. report. I will agree with Greg that it can be complex. If you miss one of the steps it can cause the reports to be incorrect.

Hello Ronald, We don't use the accounts receivable function, however the returns for sales reports work really well. The WIP I haven't seen any issues with it, but it can be very complex, depending on how much you want it to do. We try to keep our very simple.
