# How do I motivate my team to show more commitment especially in this time!

We are 4 in my team and the 4th person is a newbie, I fear that by the time covid is over, she may begin to act demotivated too. I think I'm one of the problems too. Like,I give tasks and don't follow it up until completion; 2) Before my training at JB, I didn't use to have enough tasks but now I know that there are more than enough tasks to keep me and the team busy every day. I really want everyone in the team to stay focused and motivated. Any advice around here.
