How can we speed up to make the response of orders faster?

So it won't take as long to answer as it is my case sometimes from 12 to 24 hours, as customers call me to ask me that when your order is coming home. This way customers are going to be happier, because we're going to be able to supply them faster.

Hi normally it takes no more than 3hrs. Supposed to be 85% responded to within that time frame. The were instances when that didn't happen but they were because our connection wasn't setup correctly. Since setup all is good. But you can contact them to ask why is it taking so long.

To answer your question, there are times that we need to hold a suspicious transaction for one of our analysts to review. This is done with the sole intention of ensuring that every order is thoroughly vetted, as we want to be absolutely sure that we are not auto-declining a legitimate order. However, we are continually working on our scoring and decisioning algorithms so that we can improve the time that it takes to decide if an order can be approved or needs to be analyzed. Also, our customer service team (Customer.service@clear.sale) is able to prioritize specific orders, so please do not hesitate to reach out to them when you have a customer that is inquiring about their order that might be on hold. Making this prioritization more seamless for our clients is a big part of our roadmap, which is something we will share as soon as we roll it out.
