What are the Best Practices for rolling out Project Central to our Project Managers?

Project Central is a powerful tool in the InFocus Toolbox. Unfortunately we've not been successful in fully implementing it. How do we educate and convince our project managers to make use of this?

Jeff, thanks so much for posting here. Project Central is a great fit for giving project managers the tools they need to gain project insights and be more agile in how they manage projects and secure profit. From a best practices standpoint, I would recommend a people-processes-tools approach to rolling this out. - People - First understand the needs your pms have to be successful. If you can align on those needs, you'll be able to provide the right value with Project Central. - Processes - Ensure you have a project management process in place. Knowing you and your firm, I'm sure this is well established. I only mention it here because, as you know, solid processes provide the best scaffolding for tools. The great thing about Project Central is that it is malleable enough to form around your specific processes. - Tools - With your needs and processes aligned, Project Central will be easily adopted by your project managers. Definitely lean on our library of videos and tutorials via Unanet University and Support for your roll out. Thanks again Jeff - if you need anything further, please don't hesitate to reach out to me or Charles (CSM) for additional support.
