Will it be possible in the future to have more details about why an email campaign is hitting spam?

I built a campaign and I used the spam test and the email went to spam for a lot of providers. I couldn’t find any information of how to correct this. I tried another platform and the emails don’t go to spam so I know the issue isn’t my domain authority. At the moment I am still testing this email campaign but I am keen to use Moosend and refer our users to Moosend. Will it be possible in the future to have more details about why an email campaign is hitting spam?

Though spam filters have become increasingly sophisticated and accurate, there are still many factors that can cause an email campaign to end up in the spam folder. For example, many spam filters use content and keyword analysis to determine https://www.uvjunk.com if a message is a spam or not. Therefore, if your content contains overly-promotional words or phrases, or does not have enough relevant content, it can result in your email being flagged as spam. Additionally, if your emails are being sent from an unfamiliar domain name, or from a domain that is associated with other spam emails, then it is likely to end up in the spam folder.

Hello team! I am Nicholas from the support team! The first that you would need to do is to validate your SPF and DKIM entries in your Moosend account! These two greatly improve your deliverability! Here is a guide to help you with this one! https://help.moosend.com/hc/en-us/articles/115000365429-How-can-I-set-up-SPF-DKIM-on-my-Name-com-provider- With regards to the spam test results, they are just an indicator ;) That step is connected with another third-party service. It takes some time to provide you with the results and also what is really checking is your sender, reputation of sender, content and DNS. The best way to test your deliverability is to create a test list with some of your personal emails and send your campaign to that test list as a regular (actual) campaign in order to check what your end users really see and where your emails lands as well as be able to check your personalisation tags!
