The difference between Flowcharter and PfSS is simulation. Flowcharter will allow you to build out your models and capture all the relevant data about each activity. PfSS allows you to use that data to run what-if simulation scenarios to forecast the potential impact of change. PfSS also integrates with Minitab or JMP for deeper statistical analysis.
