secondary owner issue for newly importing users in SBM 11.5

Hi, I am using SBM 11.5 , i imported user through LDAP into the application. we have assign multiple group as secondary owner. But the user cant able to view the object that was created/transitioned before the user imported. user can able to view the object ,if it is transitioned after the user creation. can you help us on this issue? thanks in advance Suganya
