Is it possible to customize the data migration?

I'm wondering if you provide the opportunity to set custom requirements for data migration, or it's only possible to perform an automated process with standard configurations.

Yes it's possible. You may try a standard migration for free (on a few records) then adjust your model using the standard components or asking for developments. The team will provide you with a quotation you can accept or not.
