Hi Paul – Transcription accuracy depends on a number of factors with audio quality being at the top of the list. High quality, speaker-separated (stereo) audio will provide the best transcription accuracy, but it also depends on factors such as understandability, headset microphone placement and background noise – all of which your Customer Success rep David can help you identify and improve upon. Since speech-to-text transcription is never 100% accurate, CallMiner Eureka is designed to be tuned for common aliases in the transcripts and provide contextual meaning for the entire interaction.
