How can I get help when I am stuck on a Lab that isn't working?

Sometimes additional rights are needed. Sometimes the credentials don't work. If I struggle long enough, I can sometimes find a solution, but it usually isn't worth the time and effort.

You can leave a comment and the instructor responses pretty quickly. Also, most instructors leave a Twitter handle for your to write to them directly
