How can we optain more data based off sales calls?

Right now, I can only see my phone calls being tracked from the current day and the day before. I would love to find a way to be able to see phone calls from every day or at least a longer time frame so that way I can track my total average. Obviously I can do this manually but it will take a lot of time so it would be nice if there was a way to show more data through the website or maybe pull reports to see how each day is going, track which days are better than others, which areas need to be improved. THat would be great.

There are several tools setup in VS to help you track metrics and data. The 1st step is getting a clear vision of what you want to track and implement the Call Results that will help you narrow down some of the metrics. By using "Call Results" and "Result Groups" you can segment, but having a clear definition of what IS a conversation and what is just a Call/Dial will make a big difference in the ACTUAL metrics of your calls.
