Do you see discrepancies in the reporting tool in your emails when comparing it to your ESP metrics?

I don't really use the reporting tool in the platform because we see large discrepancies when comparing it to either our ESP metrics and just want to ask if it's only happening to us?

There are ways to review each system's results as complementary to each other so that they help you and your team deepen your insights into your campaign performance. We suggest a call with your Account Manager to review your specific details.  We can also review all of the different reporting outputs that can provide insights into engagement, device, location, and other data that all combine to create a stronger picture of your customers.
