# Are you aware from Facebook and issues when using rebrandly?

As I have a few month without using rebrandly in my Facebook ads I not remember exactly the issues. But I have poeple under my direction. they are the users and more familiar. We can help if you need something from us.

Beth from Rebrandly here! The default rebrand.ly domain that we provide for testing the system, like any other generic domain, can often be blocked by sites if it's being misused by other users and marked as spam. It's a problem of message (or in this case, ad) deliverability that also affects the likes of SMS messages and emails. This is why we encourage all of our customers to create their short URLs with a domain that they own and control -- it helps to avoid the risk of the link being blocked.
