# How do I listen to calls from the virtual office?

For quality assurance, I may have calls come thru the virtual office and those calls do not automatically register a "listen in" feature. Is that part of the contact Center. Would be nice.

If you go into the Monitoring option in 8x8 VCC, there is a Playback feature where you can listen to recorded calls. We also have access to their Quality Management tool where we can listen to and review calls using a custom built review form.
