It is possible to import the opt in data, as I imported one list and then had errors when sending mail as there wasn't evidence of opt in. My other list is from mail chimp and I have opt in data for it and want to bring that across if possible?

You can import contacts from an existing mailing list. You can upload a file csv or txt from your computer.
You can copy and paste the contacts from an excel file too.
You have to click on "Contacts" and then, you have to click on the blue bottom "Import contacts". You have these options that I told you there.
Good luck!
