Are we the only organization having email deliverability issues to gmail accounts?

Despite seemingly doing all the right things we suddenly had all sorts of issues (test emails to gmail spam folder, very low response rates) in December.

If your company uses the Gsuite, you still need to change the DKIM settings. Since we are a state wide entity, our IT team would not change the DKIM settings which appears to have made a difference in our response rates. Sadly, if you use your department email in the "From" line, that email will probably be tagged as spam. No good answer at the moment. Someone correct me if I am wrong.

Bob - I recall we had similar reliability issues sending to Microsoft accounts a few years ago. It was solved by updating the sending email address for our Brand. We worked with customer service and our account CSM to identify a more reliable address. I've just recently engaged with our internal email administrators to discuss customizing our Qualtrics FROM address per the documentation here: https://www.qualtrics.com/support/survey-platform/distributions-module/email-distribution/using-a-custom-from-address/
