Best way to do integrations with other software, such as Eureka Callminer and nGUVU, as well as the best way to take advantage of teh reporting information available.

Nguvu was just purchased by Genesys so the integration is probably coming soon. For ASR, you can ask CallMiner to support Genesys or have your developers look at both APIs and do it yourselves. I would also recommend looking at Call Journey www.calljourney.com since they are fully integrated with Genesys Cloud.

They also are releasing an in house Speech Analytics tool later this year (Q3 of 2020). This might be a helpful tool instead of having to integrate with something like a CallMiner.
