# Is there any way through which I can go back to the Previous Step??

Like, I have used this in Salesforce to create an Account, Contact and Opportunity, I used the basic processes for the Navigation.
I filled all the fields as per the navigation workflow, but suppose if by chance I clicked on the cross button, in between, then Is there any way through which the workflow starts from the same step.
I faced this problem and for that I need to start the whole process from the starting itself, which is kind of a irritating and time waste process.

Hi Abhinav,

You can use ALT+P to take a workflow one step backwards. However, please note that this does not work 100% of the time as the underlying application may not allow this (for example, if the page has changed).
