# When are the loading issues lagging and time out error 404 and 504 going to be resolved?

When it comes to the Adobe e-sign, when are the onboarding documents always going to load properly?
Also, When we click on details in core it blacks out and take a couple minutes to download, when will that be fixed?  We would like to see a more user friendly training provided that we can access at anytime for retraining like other softwares without paying an extra fee.

The best  thing to do is put in a ticket and then call the support line when you see these types of errors.
