Is Malwarebytes enough for your computer to be 100% secure?

To improve the security is better to use it with some additional antivirus like avast, to do 2 types of analysis and you are more sure of the protection of your pc

No. A multi-solution is the best all-around protection. Don't expect a single vendor to be able to address protection. I would suggest a tier approach - client level as well as company perimeter at a minimum.

Security comes in layers (example Firewall, Access Controls, SEIM etc). No one solution can protect 100% by itself. Malwarebytes takes care of the endpoints and malware/AV (they do have av signatures in their scans) better than any other product on the market.

Never. No one anti-malware solution can assure 100% protection. Neither can a combination of protections, though that's a STRONG recommendation. That's where MalwareBytes shines brightest - it's ability to play nicely along with other installed anti-malware solutions. For internet access in general, I typically have 5 layers - anti-malware with content filtering, MalwareBytes, DNS server protection (a third party DNS provider that blocks out the really bad sites), a firewall, and the all important human awareness layer. For email, same but add spam/scan/phishing/virus/macros-and-scriping filtering through my email provider, plus whatever protections at the email client (usally pretty weak in comparison). And again, awareness training to the end users is critical! People need to be aware, and think twice before opening or acting on that particularly tempting email. Adopt a culture that welcomes checking with knowledgable I.T. folks when something might be suspicious. NEVER scolded for asking!

Malwarebytes is not a virus scanner, a PC cleaner, nor is it a defragger. So it can not by itself keep your computer 100% secure, however Maywarebytes is one of the best companies for Malware.
