# How do you send & receive faxes in DocHub?

How can DocHub state they offer certain features & customer support with their software & even the paid version, yet they absolutely do not? How can one send & recieve faxes through DocHub?  Im afraid to cancel my subscription or switch to the free version without losing my saved documents. Is there a way to safely get all my previous documents saved if I switch to the free version?

You can download all of your documents in DocHub before if concerned. I don't know the storage limit but I went back to free version after trial before and all my documents remained accessible.
