How do you encourage your salesforce to be more active in the continuous learning process?

We have a remote salesforce, so the more “touches” we get with them, the more prepared they are in the field. What has been your best method for to encourage continuous learning without prodding your salesforce to do so?

I think just in a systematic way to push out new material through the app. Use it as a communication tool and get the RSM's actively engaged.
