# Is there a sand box for new users to play with?

Without having things going live I would like to see if there is a way to play around first when launching something in our LMS.

Yes, they provide two environments. Pilot and Staging. You can request for Copy down from Production to Pilot to play around (it will look the same as Prod environment post copy down). Also, for the certified professionals, CSOD learning portal offers service portal access to practice.

Hi Melissa,
As a CSOD customer you will get acces to 2 environments, where indeed the second one could be seen as a sandbox to test out your learning paths with test users as well. Bare in mind that you have to setup your learnings in de Live environment separately when all is tested in the sandbox.
