How did you connected the data from Qualifio to your CTM in order to target based on the data?
For instance, how did you connected the information collected via Qualifio to your CMT to target based on the information collected. If I take the case of chocolate by asking to my consumer if they prefer the black or white chocolate in order to target them later specific message about their preferences.
So here basically this is more to understand how we can use Qualifio to segment our consumers based on preferences of personnality

You have different possibilities to connect Qualifio to your CRM (I guess CTM=CRM)
Zapier is probably the fastest and easiest way but will focus on the contact information. If you want to use the answers to specific questions you have to build custom fields.
You can also leverage their api to integrate more data into your CRM but request more technical skills and their support
I recommend to work with zapier for the contact info as this is really easy and start by manually export Information allowing you to segment your database.
