Not sure exactly what you are trying to synchronize? But if you edit files from the cloud they will store back to the cloud. Also if you go to settings- preferences- cloud. you can define your cloud connection there. You can also in preferences set a default directory for open/saving files. You can install notepad++ as a portable version, in any folder synced in a cloud or Google drive.
