# Is there an actual "customer service rep" phone number at EASE?

Hi -- we are in need of a phone number where we can call and speak with a CSR who can help us when we have immediate needs. Training webinars are great, but really not timely when we're working on an enrollment issue, or reports issue, with a much more immediate time-constraint. Often times, we just need to speak with a knowledgeable trainer who can help us navigate the system to get the issue resolved, or report produced, so that we can move on to the next task.

you should contact your rep with the health insurance that utilizes ease to complete the enrollment process. they have training in utilizing the site and can walk you through the steps to fix any problems that arise
