# Phantom has started crashing when I'm printing a PDF.  Can you fix that?

I'll be printing a page from a PDF that I've added text to, and Phantom will crash.  I've had to switch to using Microsoft PDF Print to print.

This just happened to me.  First thing, go ahead on your help tab and "check for updated".... you should be on v9.7....

You can also email or call them and they will give you the installer for 9.7.
This cleared up any crash issues I had.
