# Whatbis the best way to review data regarding blended agent stats

How do you measure productivity and resource allocation models?

It depends on the stats and how you want to use the data. 

For real-time or onscreen view in Genesys Cloud of Agent Stats use the Performance --> Agents view.

For reporting, analysis, and distribution I would recommend Brightmetrics. www.brightmetrics.com as an add-on solution that is far superior than Genesys included reporting.  

If you don't want to use a third party like Brightmetrics, the  Agent Metrics Summary and Agents Quality Summary reports can help.

To get agents status data go to reports tab, new, and chiíes the i e to agents status.
