# Can you make it smart, so it wont consume the quota, if the browsers did not change network/Location

Can you make it smart, so it wont consume the quota, if the browsers did not change network/Location
so i wont lose quota, for example, i have sellers cashier, and i need to detect the IP, so can you not count on quota as its a new visitor , if its same pc and same connectio and location, another suggestion is why not making a configuration to allow overusage after qouta is usesd..

What you are looking for looks like caching support. I suggest having a look at Ipregistry (https://ipregistry.co). It provides one of the fastest global API, with great accuracy but also client libraries that support caching for the use case you describe!
