I wonder how a successful Adhoc customization would work when changing Zoho's underlying code.

Bringing our entire team together on one software that's a one-stop-shop was very nice. Not having to use multiple software for different aspects of our meetings with clients and cauleagues was great.

Will there be basic formula support e.g. in tables?

Because if you improve it more people will like this site so much.

For importing the leads, some where we are using the data which we are having in the excel files. we cannot directly import the google sheet data or excel data in the zoho CRM software. It might be great if you are using the software

In my previous experience, I noticed that Accelo has tons of features. The problem is that, sometimes, the UI might be a bit confusing so, is it possible to change the UI or adjust it to get a simplified view for easier management?
