What I like the most about Zonka is that you can create as many surveys as you want, and distribute them offline, via email, SMS and integration with Zendesk. The support is amazing, Zonka made some personalised changes for our business needs. When you have a question Zonka's support team is there to help you if they do not know the answer straight away they will answer you within 1 day.
