I loved that I could sort people within the divisions of the company and see how other countries are doing.

It is comprehensive, very easy to use and intuitive. I was visiting the app very frequently, almost every day to check the progress and see how I did in comparison to others. The features were well arranged and what I especially liked was the ability to chat and engage with others.
