I’ve never heard of WorkJam before starting my job with Ulta and now that I’ve used it for the past 7months, I love it! WorkJam keeps my up to date with the latest promos and news about the company which is great because I only work on the weekends and it helps me stay current. It also allows me to access my work schedule and messages from coworkers at anytime. The best thing about WorkJam is that I can see all of the upcoming training I need to complete to get better knowledge of new product coming to the store so I can help customers better.

I like that WorkJam promotes a nice balance with work and outside work life . There is an option to have employees select shifts they would like to pick up and I feel like that would be a nice feature for someone wanting to earn some extra money but not wanting to be too overloaded.
