What I like most about Workhuman Social Recongnition is that anyone can receive rewards and recongnition and it's also public to the company. Anyone can see their hard work being recongized.

Ich löse ein paar Mal im Jahr Punkte ein. Ich liebe es, wenn sie "Sale"-Artikel haben.

It's very easy to login and recognize a colleague for anything they may have done--with you, for you, and/or for the company we work for. It's a small way that helps recognize each other on a daily basis--we don't have to wait til our annual reviews to celebrate each other. It's also very easy to redeem rewards!
