When I work in the same location as someone, I can thank them for their help by buying them a coffee or lunch, or bringing them a special treat. It's not possible to do that with colleagues across the country or world. I really like being able to recognize my colleagues' efforts beyond just words. I also like that their managers are given awareness of the recognition their direct reports are receiving and have insight to the value their team members bring.

I like how simple it is to recognize teammates for reasons big or small. I also like that the system hepls recommend how many points to assign for a certain recognition. I find myself using the system whenever I recognize anyone going above and beyond, and I appreciate that there's a recognition feed so other teammates can send words of praise as well!

I can easily recognize peers, and see all the past recognizitions that they have given to me. It's very easy to redeem the rewards with wide availablitly to gift cards.
