Workhuman Social Recognition gives me, personally, the sense of being seen by my colleagues. It gives a feel-good feeling to know that all my hardwork isn't going unnoticed. The monetary attachment to those regonitions, EVEN BETTER!. It's also easy to use and have a plethora of my favourite stores and outlets to choose from when redeeming the rewards. I haven't ever had to use customer support but so far, my experience has been pretty smoooth-sailing. Truly a gem!

One of the features I really enjoy is seeing collegues I may have collaborated with in past roles or other areas of the company be featured in my feed. Its hard connecting with every one of these individuals but seeing them recognized for their excellence and being able to cheer them on, even from afar, is a little bit of joy each time I login to the portal.
