|Workday HCM
Once those hurdles are past though, I would say it's decent at best. It does attempt to be very user friendly and the time off request interface is great. Being able to customize what you look at most is also nice.

Workday manages employee check-ins and reviews while also making PTO and payroll easy to track, request, and manage. This system is beneficial for recruiting teams as well as the HR functions, making all talent tracking, hiring, and payroll simple. Workday also is capable of supporting businesses both big and small.

A new tool to change your career.

|Workday HCM
User friendly UI and easy to understand options allow one to explore different options with much easy. The creation of reports is very interesting, for any given Sup org. Establishing calculated fields for a specific path function is a feature which is the hook for me.
