The ability to access my videos easily & quickly

How easy it is to upload a video, and in addition to that being able to send a specific link to a prospect and look at their views of it. We also use it quite a bit in our follow up process if we need to share a video that needs to be shared with more folks. Like the customization and copying functionality as well.

I love the transcription element for all the videos I upload.
