It's great for monitoring changes to competitors' websites!

My company uses VisualPing to monitor the press release pages of our competitors' websites so that whenever they publish anything, we find out about it very quickly but do not have to concern ourselves with the overhead of manually checking for updates. The nicest thing about using VisualPing for this purpose is that it does not require a great depth of technical knowledge to set up. Setting up rules to listen for changes is very intuitive and anyone can do it.
