I like that it's intuitive and gives our employees the options to earn financial incentives for continual wellness activities. The financial incentives come on a quarterly basis, if earned, so this can be a regular addition to our employees' overall financials if they are active in using this service provided to them. I like the option to either have it worn as a pedometer, or to wear it more like an activity tracker with a band accessory.
