Unfortunately, we could not find much to like about Vidyard. It was complicated to implement, deceptively tricky to operate, and failed to get adoption from any of our users. Since this is a video recording app, you would expect it to have a decent-sized video player... you would be wrong. Vidyard's video player size is tiny. Unsuitable for software demos or anything that requires a screen share. When we shared this feedback with Vidyard, we were told that viewers should enable their full screen mode to see any screen share details. The app's UI is not user-friendly. Our sales reps struggled to figure it out despite going through multiple training sessions. There are simply too many steps required for them to apply simple customizations to their videos. We switched to Loom and our entire org loves it.

Die Technologie ist sehr benutzerfreundlich und innovativ.
