I have worked with Velocity Global for many years and I can only say that they have grown and changed for the better over time. My favourite part is working with my Account Managers; they are fenomenal ! I love their kind and friendly attitude, their professionalism and direct approach and they have a team that supports us and them with all the local knowledge from the countries they operate in. They make themselves available when we need their help, and provide a great and efficient customer service. They also have a proactive approach in tackling matters we may not be aware of and to keep us informed. Furthermore, what I really appreciate about our collaboration is their honesty. When I ask for something, they try to understand if it is something they can offer, if so when and if not, they propose alternative solutions that could work for us. They are realistic in trying to tackle our needs and remaining compliant with local regulations and remaining a great employer to our employees.
