It was important to us to have a platform that supported outbound calling. Some CRM platforms are really overkill for what we needed and are very time consuming to use; Vanillasoft is designed for volume calls. What we like best is the ability to customize for each project, and easily manage results. We like that we can get in and out of a record with a minimal amount of clicks and page views. That was a very important feature for us, minimize the time does it take to enter in a result and update a record, Vanillasoft took the least amount of time compared to everything we evaluated.
