Toller Kundenservice und benutzerfreundlich.

Einfach zu integrieren und einen Überblick über Shadow IT zu erhalten. Der Kundensupport ihres Teams hat wirklich bei der Erstellung von Workflows geholfen. Es ist definitiv ein Produkt, das ich in Zukunft in Betracht ziehen werde. Ich mag, dass ihre Gebührenstruktur im Vergleich zu anderen Plattformen pauschal und inklusiv ist. Insgesamt einfach zu bedienen und zu implementieren.

Best in class, great for access, license management and automation

- The product is very well thought out, with a lot of attention to detail. It's clear that the team at Trelica has a deep understanding of the problems they are solving for us as an IT team. It’s a joy to use. - Compared to other similar products, they have a vast number of integrations with various tools, depending on what the APIs of those tools offer, ideally including automatic user provisioning and deprovisioning. The Trelica team is incredibly fast at building new integrations, which is a key advantage. When we asked vendors to identify which of our existing apps had some kind of integration, most supported only a fraction of what Trelica offers. - The sales process is much smoother than most B2B software sales processwa I have experienced. We spoke directly with people who understand the product extremely well and how to sell to engineers. We quickly gained access to a demo account to try it out ourselves. They also take security and privacy seriously. - Post-sales communication is excellent. We receive help from a customer success agent who is highly knowledgeable about the product and goes to great lengths to help us with the setup. - The UI for building automations works very well, allowing us to automate complex, time-consuming tasks.
