The TractionComplete flows are highly functional and easier to use than Salesforce flows in many situations. Also, it's nice to be able to bundle all of the logic into separate flows for Accounts, Contacts and Leads. We have been working with Zach Shein, and he is a goldmine!

The biggest piece for the YMCA is that Traction Complete understands the data model for the managed package that we use in Salesforce. This has been a big help in controlling our duplicates. Shauna has been a phenomenal guide in our implementation and also in the continued use of the product. She has provided very detailed and professional customer service since the start of our engagement. The software is very easy to use and provides multiple layers of support. We were able to customize the jobs to easily integrate into our daily support to our end users.

The technical support given is excellent and very responsive, we get replies very quickly and is on the same time zone.
