Each step of the process was broken down easily and with a video to explain what was needed on my part, and any questions that I had were answered very quickly. While I was told that responses my take up to two business days, I don't believe that I waited more than 24 hours to hear back about the next steps on my project. The finalized product is professional and something I know that I could not have done myself!
