Their support is first class. When I asked questions about their API, they gave me working code snippets which I could easily use. Most of us know what we want to achieve and what data is required but it's a minefield to try to figure out what goes where in the API.

Back with my initial onboarding with Telnyx the whole process was quite smooth. Shortly after onboarding there were a bunch of DDoS attacks on most of the largest phone providers. All of them suffered big time for days. It might have been upwards of a week or so but my memory is fuzzy at this point. Anywho, Telnyx was also attacked during this time. They went down for maybe part of a day while they expedited an already ongoing project they were working on to migrate some of their cloud services to CloudFlare. They hit it out of the park and I don't think there were any further issues after that. It was incredible how fast they moved and how stable they were in the midst of all of the major providers being offline or unstable at best.
